Review:We bought our first ever proper server - the 2950. Installed VMWare esx and several virtual machines. It is an excellent machine! Instructions, docs, accessories were great. The only thing is I bought it to install in a rack in our business office, and I wish I had known in advance how loud the fans could be. In normal, air conditioned office space the fans can run pretty loudly. If the office warms up, the fan noise can almost get too loud. In a data center this wouldn't be an issue.
