Review:We have owned Dells for more than 10 years...our old one died at 8 years old. Luckily, its death coincided with the new Windows 7 release and we were pleased that our new system came loaded with it. We use the computer for emailing family and games and also for working at home using it to access our office files. It's faster than I hoped FOR, the monitor display is crisp and clear and BIG compared to our old one. We shopped around quite a bit before settling on this particular model and there was one other company's system we were considering, however, Dell came through, as usual, with the best product for the money which included everything we wanted and more!! We bought the top of the line technical service package should we need it and I've had to call once to ask a software question...got right through to a person and got my answer ASAP. So far so good!!

Review:This is my first Dell system. The last several systems were HP. I'm impressed with overall quality, price and features. Order and delivery went off without a hitch. No problems with install. My older HP printer, external hard drive, cable modem and camera all connected without any problems. All my old (XP) apps reinstalled with no problems. I purchased with Office pre-installed - at a great price. No complaints other than I'd like the base model to have more USB ports. Since the keyboard and mouse take up one each that only leaves 2 USB ports on the back. I've added an additional 3 with no problem.
Review:I love this computer. For the longest time I was using a Dell XPS 140, but this is a fresh air. One might call it an upgrade. My studio is fast with no let downs. I have just installed Windows 7 which makes for an even greater experience. 2012...Windows 8 cant wait
