Review:The computer worked well right out of the box after arriving several days before the promised date. It had no problem connecting to my home network and reading the internet. I loaded my added software with no problem. This computer is my wife's and I loaded all of her ganes as well as her copy of MS Office. I located an E-mail client she liked (since W7 does not have Outlook Express, her preferred client). The problems that did surface, however, have been very difficult to solve. The first is that our printer, an HP 1300 laser, is hooked to my computer and is accessed through our home network. W7 refuses to load the driver for using it over the network (hooking the printer directly to her computer worked after W7 loaded an OLD driver). Next problem is that even though I have turned on the "share" feature in W7, W7 refuses to share so I cannot visit her HD for any purpose.
Other than those two problems, the computer works great.

Review:A good computer for the price. I also upgraded to an HD monitor, and my old, sore eyes really appreciate it! I just hope that my 750GB hard drive is large enough---all the updates and service packs for Vista and Microsoft Office really eat up the space!

Review:I am an advanced novice and had no problem with Windows 7. Love all the features.
I even converted some of my old documents from
Word Perfect(which I couldn't stand)to Word, with no problems.
I type a newsletter for our local Quilt Guild and Windows 7 was very easy to get use to.
I upgraded to a 23" screen, wonderful sleek speaker, wireless keyboard and Word.
Love everything!

Review:I would highly recommend this desktop to my friends and family. The only thing that bothered me about my purchase was that I had to buy a soundbox to get sound. I (and others) just figured that it had integrated sound. The additional purchase was a disappointment.The soundbox is great, just having to puchase it wasn't.The package deal should have mentioned that another purchase was needed.
